Hi Brad:

I think the important thing for people to understand about this company is that GAD (the subsidiary of the holding company ISSM) NEVER did have the technology to "mass produce low cost gallium arsenide diodes" as they had claimed. They were WORKING on this process and basically looking for a JV partner to help them develop this technology. They were not looking for customers. Of course, this is not what investors were told at the time.

If anyone really is buying up much of this stock (as opposed to just churning between MMs,) I would think it would be based on using ISSM as a shell company for some company wanting to avoid the time and expenses of going public directly.
