My "instinct" (?) (observation?) tells me the same, Steve: That cooking, ingesting, cannabis (or whatever the heck it's called politely) (don't SAY dope!!!!), is less harmful than smoking it; and that probably either are less physically harmful than any but the smallest amount (perhaps any?) of alcohol.

I can't use it to calm me. I can't use much of anything, including meditation, to calm me. I would.

I think for a whole bunch of people THC has positive mental health effects. Ordinary people. Are entitled to it. It is maligned. Some people take to it positively; for them it can relieve stress like nothing else.

PS: Freddy does get provoked around here.
