My response to you still stands Jonathan. Either you can come up with a scenario that would prove the REFR financing is negative for investors (using KNOWN facts) or I will assume there is none. The avoidance by you (and the other critics of the financing who have appeared recently on this thread) to oblige me with this simple request speaks volumes I'm sure the people you are encouraging to short the stock would also like to know what will cause selling that they will need in order to cover their positions? What will happen when products or license agreements are announced? How can they expect to cover with the short interest already at 310,000 before you got them involved? Why, if Ailouros and REFR are buying stock at these levels, would they sell them at lower prices? ND
