In any event .. whoever fed you the incorrect information needs to get an education that they will never forget.

No, it wasn't Q and R, but the result was the same. Good guess, though. I got it straightened out with a little chat with the broker (and his assistant) after the markets closed yesterday. They thought I was aware of the changes. I explained that major changes will be made if this kind of thing happened again. I think they understand plain English, if they know what's good for them. Errors do happen in the normal course of business, thank God it wasn't a loss or the guy would have eaten the whole sandwich for lunch, nonetheless...we're all human, I think...
