<<We called Joe and he confirmed that yes, they were intenting to sell more shares in exactly the manner stated in the S-3.>>

The terms of the recent filing are different than the prior filing if that is what you are intimating.

The selling of shares is not the problem. Selling of shares if used in an investment that adds to shareholder equity would be a POSITIVE!!!! That's the point! They DON'T NEED THE MONEY! That is why this is a GOOD deal. They can pick and choose when to issue shares, how much and what will be the bottom line (floor) that they will accept. Why can't you guys just admit you made a mistake by not reading the fine print! Why do you assume that every R&D company that has any financing can't be successful ESPECIALLY in light of recent developments that CLEARLY show products are imminent. Barb said to Larry that she doesn't understand why they did this financing if things were as rosy as he indicated. Well TAKE A GOOD LOOK at those terms and you have the answer as to WHY Ailouros agreed to this THEY SEE REFR's FUTURE! Something you have totally discounted. That is why you can't come up with a logical scenario. You can't admit REFR might actually have earnings as early as next year.
