I received IMG's annual report and proxy materials yesterday. Also, check out the proxy form, you can now vote your proxy online, pretty neat.

Don't base anything on the Alpha chip. No body is writing software for it. Even Microsoft, which has a partnership agreement with Digital does not have an alpha based Office 97 product suite that is compatible. IMG should do well but not with Kryotech's Alpha based systems.
