"The proceeds have been used to improve the company's liquidity position and to reduce bank debt."

Translation - 'We needed the money right away'. .... that's the way I read it anyway, on seeing the release today. Only had a few left in the trading account at that point, and let them go .... wim just didn't react well to this last little PoG recovery, .15 was like some kind of ceiling. Sure it has great leverage to the PoG, but gold has to get to maybe a 330+ trigger point before wim kicks into gear, imho. Might as well be a junior explorer with semi-proven properties and a flat kitty.

Back to make another bottom, I think.

The 13.5 million shares is from their latest release, so I have to take that as fact. You are right, it's issued and not fully diluted.

I see there are only negative posts, everyone is in doom and gloom mode. That tells me a lot about the current and future price prospects.

Luck all .....
