No, no, please rain - if only to help us figure out what is going on <g>.

Mita was a principle customer and accounted for 23% of total sales for the year ended March 31, 1998. Of this 23% orders for Sept, Oct, and Nov will be cut by 50%. Deswell also states that Mita HongKong has an excellent repayment history and Deswell manages a $2M credit line with them.

I haven't read the article you mentioned about Mita so if you have a link it would be appreciated. The scenario you mentioned is possible despite the fact that it would be directly opposed to what DSWLF management has led us to believe. They do have credibility but these are worrisome times. Did the article mention how Mita HongKong would be affected by the collapse of Mita Japan? I was under the impression that they operated independently.
