Mind you, AOL has had the status of being the largest "MidCap" stock for some time and has been passed over on numerous occasions for promotion to the 500, even though investors have thought it would be the logical next addition each time.

We shall see.

Whether or not AOL gets added to the S&P 500, the rumor that it might be added is definitely bullish.
