I'd rather not assume anything, but you are making sense. If we compare the Oct 1, 1998 shares to the Nov 17th 1997 shares, we will see that there are 717958 new shares. If most of those were for the warrants, then the average price would have been somewhere between $6 and $7 per share. The placement prior to that was at about $6 / share.

That is good news if true.
