PR,

<I am still trying to find out if creaf need to go by the 10% rule.>

Why wouldn't they?? I thought they made this clear in their earlier press release.

"SINGAPORE, October 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Technology Ltd. (Nasdaq: CREAF - news) today announced its intention to repurchase up to 9,300,000 of its own shares from the market, which is the maximum number of shares (ten percent of issued capital) permitted to be repurchased each year under relevant legislation pending in Singapore "

My question is, if they buy 10 percent in November thru December are they immediately able to start buying back an additional 10 percent in January?

Power Ranger:

Thanks for the confirmation. I don't know about the 10% rule but from
what creaf said in the meeting notice I assume they are bound by the rule.
