Reviewing my picks for Week 7 Virginia -3.0 7th ranked Cavaliers dominated the game and was holding a 14 pts lead into the 4th quarter when Georgia Tech made the Cavs looked like fools. That was just dumb luck, but not as bad as Va Tech loss to Temple. I have to watch that Ga Tech next time. This win should be a big boost to their confidence. Oklahoma St +21.5 I thought the Cowboys D is pretty stout, but I should have realized that Cowboys' pass defense is suspect. They got whipped by Tulsa earlier in the season. K State Wildcats is the best passing team they have to face this season. California +9.5 Picked the Golden Bears because they have stout D and knows how to keep the game close. All passing, no running game. I got lucky on this one, because of last minute TD. Next game is UCLA in Berkeley, that should be interesting. Texas A&M -6.0 The Aggies is in same class as Huskers and Wildcats in Big 12. Balanced offense and good D. U.C.L.A -10.0 Hey, I did not know these Ducks are for real! I thought the Bruins can win this one by 2 TD's. It looked good at the half, anyway. Colorado St -14.5 I picked this one because NM State is just not in the same league. (I almost picked Va Tech vs Temple, but did not like the -37) Det Lions +6.5 Detroit at home against a struggling Packers. Jac Jaguars -3.5 Hey!, What's going on, here! I thought this is a gimme. Never under estimate the Bills at home. I'll take Broncos at -5 or better next week - should be no contest. Ten Oilers -3.5 Just had a gut feeling that Oilers will put it together. Bengals still celebrating win over Steelers. I thought Bengals have been overachieving so far this season, and time for O'Donnell to lose another game. SF 49'ERS OVER 44.5 Most of the games in Candlestick Park are high scoring.
