my mom's birthday was today.... she died eleven years ago.... i gather an incredible amount of strength from her and her passing... i was her momma's boy... i grew up that day... it was a time i will never forget... i thought about my mom a lot today... i had some really emotional writings..... i cried a lot today... all my tears are good tears... i cry a lot... probably more than anyone i know... i am not ashamed to cry.... i love to cry... i love the endorphin high, and the feeling of toxins expelled through my eyelids... crying wakes me up...makes me excited about the day... i don't quite understand all the emotion... as i'm not sad... i am joyful... it is a good thing...
