I'm sorry, but, that's what you get for taking your hard earned money and blowing it on computers from Sony (hifd or not.) If you want to buy a computer, you buy from Dell, period. Their built to order model offers the latest technology for the lowest price.

Oh yeah!, did I mention the incredible service they offer?

Sony makes so many products, that stories like yours are not hard to believe. Dell, on the other hand, they eat, sleep and think computers.
