Actually, he already admitted it, both to Brill's Content and others, and he has already been reprimanded once by a sitting judge for it. Everything that happened in the Grand Jury was leaked out, unless it tended to show Clinton in a good light. There is little chance that eventually he will have to pay for that. Luckily for him, disbarment would make little difference, because his reward for this hatchet job is a nice well paid semi-retirement at Pepperdine in Malibu.

If this were a real trial instead of a kangaroo court, the case would already have been thrown out on the basis of Starr's behaviour alone.
