Re Wood Gundy: input from Cameron Schuler (from TCT), copied from Stockhouse on line (Oct. 19): Hello, At one time Wood Gundy had more than about 35% of our outstanding shares. Over the last 365 days they have purchased 333,500 and sold 1,625,652 for a net sells of 1,292,152. One problem which I have is that both Wood Gundy and CIBC Investor's Edge are included in these numbers. Collectively, they are still holding 3,500,000 shares. Back in June Blaine and I did a presentation for them and they are updated fairly often by one of the Brokers who is an ardent supported of ours. After we completed the June presentation most of the offers which had been posted by Gundy were removed. About 1½ months ago when both Brink and McDermid started to post large bids Gundy decided to fill them. One Broker told me that he would like to see our stock distributed to a greater number of brokerage houses. There is a large number of the 3,500,000 shares, which I believe, will be held for an extended period of time and I would hope by this point most of those who are sellers have been shaken out. Over the last 4 days Wood Gundy has only sold 4500 of the 75,000 shares traded. Please let me know if you need anything else, Cameron Schuler
