Even more amazing is that they had only $179 in sales (the other $12,348 is listed under the euphemism "Income from related party").

Since you asked about AFIM, how about this quote: "Inventory consists of raw materials and finished goods pertaining to the Company's automated fingerprint identification machine. Inventory is valued at the lower of cost or market, with cost being determined using the first-in first-out method. A write down of $108,093 was recorded to reduce inventory amounts to its fair market value of zero." (They wrote off all the AFIM inventory!)

And, of course, in several places, it is stated that IAUS may not be able to continue as an ongoing concern.
