Harry,

The buy here might actually be AHP. I feel that both companies are better off individually. DLP will still get .8625 shares of MTC, which is currently around $36.00 which gives DLP shareholders around $31.00 per share in value. I am thinking about a straddle of DLP here.

If the MTC turns around and the DLP buyout stays intact the calls are almost free right now, the puts are expensive though.

Good luck to all,

Rob

Harry,

I am now hearing rumors that AHP/MTC merger is not dead, in fact showing some signs of renewed interest on both sides.

Regards,

Rob

Seems like someone is spreading a flase rumor about the MTC buy out. I hope this isn't as false as the AHP rumor of a demise.

Regards,

Rob
