Ralph, you aren't interrupting, your question is valid and deserves an answer;

DCH went public via a reverse merger and most of the 144 filings we have seen are the remainder of the holders of the shares from the shell and those that were involved with it. The Socoloske family is the majority filer, and they apparently were to have raised money for DCH, but apparently ripped them off. DCH is paying for its early mistakes, but has since contracted Foley and Lardner, a prestigious Wisconsin Law firm to help them inthe future.

The majority shareholders, Haberman, Firestone and Walker have since voluntarily re-restricted 4.5 million shares as a sign of good faith to the investment community.
