MS also stressed to me several times that he wants to get out of BB. IMO he probably thinks FNTN is worth much more in comparison with other internet companies but BB keeps the price down.

They raised few mil dollars in 98, have virtually no debt, very, very low burn rate (unusual for Internet company) and 97-98 were their development years. I also asked if they're similar to Bloomberg in ideas / services. Yes, as per MS but at lower cost (and scale). "Bloomberg is very expensive" said MS, FNTN wants to provide services at low rates which in the current market place is what firms are looking for.
