Kip, you are correct. I am familiar with the $1 minimum share price required to stay listed on the Nasdaq. However, we never traded on the Nasdaq and it will be many moons before we will hopefully someday qualify to apply. I was told by Bill C. that to return to BB's we needed: 1) SEC approval 2) MM's willingness and 3) $1 minimum I hope you are correct as the $1 minimum didn't make sense to me either.
