Maybe it was the structure of the deal that was "lunatic", not the shareholders who opposed it. The idea could be fine under a different "deal".

Larry,

I'm glad I could pass along some information to the Community. I'm pretty well out of the loop on all this new stuff, though. I certainly hope things get better before they get any worse. I still believe in the potential of non-conventional methods for Franklin Lake and I believe in the potential of our Company (and, as shareholders, it is OUR Company) to pursue conventional mining properties, too.

I think it was Eisenhower, after his term as President, who warned that the Military-Industrial Complex must be watched very carefully and kept in check, so that it would do things in the best interest of the People and the Country.
