VVUS and a question I looked at VVUS last night after Judy or someone mentioned it, and noticed a lot of 20-40k trades and very few (relatively)smaller trades. Since the large trades were fairly regularly spaced and didn't affect the price at all, my guess was that somefunds were transferring the shares between their different folios (or each other). That is, they were movig the losses out of main accounts to more speculative, risk adverse accounts and vice versa. Below $2 would be a good speculative entry, and above 3 intraday would be a nice signal if therewere a lot of trades and a 50-100k buy AFTER that traidng started. My quesiton is about trade execution and confirmation speed. I know everyone hates their broker for something, but right now I am looking for another one and want this one to have an on-floor contact and not some third part go between and I want theconfirmations (for market at any rate) to be fast.
