Looks like Kluge et al would like to increase their % in the company while providing funds for long-term growth. At the daily volume, no big investor could take a position without having the price skyrocket on him. The question is at what price they can get these big investors on board. If they do it at these prices, it seems like more dilution than warranted because the company is undervalued. On the other hand, nobody can buy up a decent % of DISK right now because there are few bulk sellers. It's interesting that the kencranes.com acquisition is contigent upon a decent offering price. I'm wondering if DISK is having second thoughts about the ease of setting their own shop up as opposed to buying one.

What's your take on it.
