Zeev, there is a essay here>> amongst other things, in checking how reliable is the information presented by the company. This we do here, by seeking independent sources that might corroborate the company's statements or sometimes even point out some possible problems with over optimistic assumptions.<<< You read it every day on most every board, "Call IR, Talk to CEO, CFO, Employees". "I spoke to XXXXX in IR today, everthing is happening to our plan". Of course they will only focus on the positives, except for the standard disclaimer they put at the end. Your DD includes putting the positives and facts from the company on one side of the balance scale, AND on the other side, research from customers, competitors too, which IMHO is equally important. Then there is the question of this new technology, many times the public is used as the test market, which opens up many opportunities for competitors. It is obvious that NDs scale is presently only loaded with DD only from REFR.
