James .. I think that the dollar has bottomed.

Over the next several days I expect to see the funds dumping for the sake of those people who just don't understand what is taking place with their retirement. Then I expect to see a jump in both stocks and bonds at the same time. Some of the overseas folks seem to already be taking small bites.

From a very small investor on the other side of the World. Just sent a check I received in US dollars to my US broker rather than transferring it here. However, I won't start buying more US dollars until our Aussie dollars rise some more. My international mutual fund claim to hedge against "adverse currency movements". So it was rising strongly as the Aussie dollar collapsed. Some of course hedge both ways and soem neither way. They had shares in stuff like Sickso and lots of European shares so they've lost quite a bit recently
