David and All,

I have noticed on some other threads recently that some S.I. posters are even getting attacked on the threads for expressing their opinions. I most likely run the risk of that happening to me with this posting but since I am a shareholder of NYRR, have lost considerable value thus far in my investment ( I realize that's my option/choice!) and have been supportive for the most part I feel the need to express my following opinion.

First! I am a NYRR news starved shareholder. However, I am starting to get the feeling that some privledged investors have been privy to more information then some of the NYRR Shareholders. ( Sour grapes ?
Maybe! But! Also just my own opinion!)

Second! In my opinion when individuals are selling millions of shares
I wonder what their motivation to do so was?

Third! If I was NYRR Management might I delay any/all good news until the selling by large shareholding disgruntled former employee's or investors was completed. JMO!

Fourth! I am of the opinion that the recent decline in share price may have been motivated by such a tactical manouvre by the company.
JMO!

Fifth! I am still of the opinion that there is , or was a recent Private Placement---and although this is only a guess on my part--if any of us can come up with say $25,000.+ we most likely could get the ear of NYRR Management and participate in the PP. JMO!

Sixth! The rumor I heard was that the general terms of the PP was 10%
interest , convertable to stock at a 10% discount ( or .20 max).JMO!

If the company is not reporting in 90 days after the PP, then 10% more stock as a bonus, and then every 90 days thereafter, then another 5% stock bonus. JMO!

The reason I keep eluding to most everything being just my own opinion
my experiences tell me that know body knows what a company will do until they do it and formally announce it.

I did receive a response from one of my e-mails to NYRR , however it did not give any news updates --it basically suggested that NYRR gets over 200 e-mails per day, ( to me that would indicarte shareholders want an update and have questions!)---so it was suggested that a Mr. James White is the NYRR repsentative to contact at ( 718) 788-3690,
and several NYRR representatives are available from dawn until dusk to answer questions.

So! If any one feels the urge to talk to James White and get their questions answered there is your lead.

In previous postings I had indicated that I was expecting to see some major good news by mid-October, this message came directly from an NYRR Representative. As we now know October 15 has come and gone, and the share price has actually declined over the past few trading days.

Although I was initially disappointed that no such hopeful announcement was made--I have since been of the opinion that something positive for NYRR Shareholders is still in the works and could start to formulate next week. Keep in mind many of us have most likely been exposed to many rumors and speculative banter regarding NYRR over the past few years---so it remains to be seen what happens!
If anything! Remember nobody knows what a company will do until they do it. Maybe someone see's this scenario differently then I do, but that's why I call it my own opinion.

This is only a suggestion from another NYRR Shareholder but if anyone has ever had the urge to call the company and ask some questions, this coming week might be a good time to do it.

Will I be phoning the company? My guess I have most likely shot myself in the foot by stating my opinions on this thread--it would most likely be more productive if others phoned and posted their findings. One possible question to consider asking might be is the company expecting any major business transaction/activity to take place over the next few weeks?

I realize this was lengthy and most likely boaring, my opinions usually are!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
