Gersh: I cannot tell. The short term is being sold and the longer term is being bought. This may be a readjustment to a more typical yield curve. The utilities are also moving up. However, I do not see any panic nor fear. I should have checked the vix before I wrote this note. If we go up from here there should be time to get in. If we go down, it will be fast and I will miss the ride. I am just gathering splinters sitting up on this fence.
