I think we must remember that CGI has almost always met or exceeded expectations. Given that hypothesus, it's quite likely that earnings for the 4th quarter could be in line with earnings with the third quarter...i.e. 4th quarter revenue should approximately double, so should earnings, therefore earnings in the $.14 area are not out of the question. That would bring a P/E of about 52 based on this years earnings.

Assuming that this may come true, it should also mean, and is expected by analysts, earnings in the range of $.62 for next year, giving a P/E based on next year earnings of 26! Quite low for a growth company with alot of opportunities. Maybe we'll start seeing some activitiy on the shares in mid/late November?
