Patrick has mentioned several times that Management cannot trade if they are in possession of material news. In fact, I think he took the last insider trading report as a negative, that is, they didn't know anything we didn't, and all we knew was bad.

Since they haven't reported 3Q results yet, they may not be able to trade (Ancor policy or SEC?). I know I'll be awaiting the status of unconverted shares.
