Just before 3pm (ET) I have NAV of $15.82, so SFE has a $2 (12%) premium. Is now a good time to buy CATP? I'm hoping we'll all wake up in 6 months and find this was all just a (very bad) dream.

Any ideas on Safeguard's Oct. 20 conference call? Rights offering temporarily or permanently suspended? New strategies for adding value? Winding down the company and distributing assets to partners and VC funds? Or a quick resumption to the offerings schedule?
