Sorry, I Don't think so. If my memory serves me right, last months PR stated a letter of intent to purchase, and this one says purchased. IMO, that's quite different. Of course I've been known to be wrong before. :) MN

You can read the same PR last month too. ******* Shadow, you are doing a terrible disservice, not only to LTGL, but also accuracy ! If you had read the Sept 22 PR, you would have seen that it stated that it was entering an "agreement to acquire". Todays PR concerns itself with the " completion of the acquisition ". Get your facts straight !

Wrong again...As of Sept. 30 the deal is completed! POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 14, 1998--Spencer Krumholz, president of Liteglow Industries Inc. (BB:LTGL), announced Wednesday that Liteglow has completed the acquisition of B & B Associates of Van Nuys, Calif., effective as of Sept. 30, 1998.
