Hi JX,

My trial membership at SI expired so I can't post.

I took your advice and e-mailed Richard Travis regarding numbers on the Miami-Dade deal. Here is my message and his response. Feel free to post.

Bye, Rick

Dear Mr. Travis,

I am a shareholder of CITN, and just read with interest the press release regarding the Miami-Dade school district using WinShield.

I am curious as to what type of revenues Citadel can expect with this deal? Or is this more of an "exposure" play that will not result in any tangible revenues?

Thank you for your reply,

Rick Cote

Rick in response to your question - while it is our policy not to disclose numbers, I assure you that the deal it not, as you put it, as "exposure play," each seat will be sold for "real dollars." Miami Dade is the third largest school district in the country with 65,000 seats. Winshield is the District's recommended solution for its schools security needs. As to how many of the 65,000 seats adopt Winshield and as to when these seats may be taken down by each school within the district - well, as I said earlier, it is our policy not to disclose this type of information.
