it seems DCTC has built a solid bottom at$0.75 when an OTC BB stock is beaten down, it usually can go to anywhere but it's not the case in DCTC we saw STEADY BUYING all the way from $2.75 to $0.70 indicating this stock will go HIGHER when WINDS turns direction this stock created a record high at$5 1/2 one and half years ago and reached high at$4 3/8 a year ago . and in last half year, it try to break$3 for several times but failed. so we could expect next runup bottom would be $2 3/4, if it breaks $3 it will test $4 1/4 if it breaks $4 3/8, it could go to $5 3/8 if it breaks $5 1/2, it can go to as high as it can. it's our turn now. loyal shareholders ! STRONG ON DCTC!!!
