Shadow,
You are free to speak your mind. I still believe however deep down you do believe this company has great potential. If you really thought it was total junk I don't think you would be here and I really don't believe you would be stopping at Pep Boys or Circuit City to check out LTGL products.

I really would like to hear what you had to say if you would visit the company in person. I don't mind you playing a negative advocate and carefully reviewing any news on the company. Some negative posters have posted terrible statements about the company and the CEO. They should be advised to have hard facts before they publish such things that could open the door to legal action. Negative posters have always put a negative spin on a lot of news about this company. When LTGL did not purchase the home lighting company because LTGL did not wish to assume a $500,000.00 debt of the home lighting company some negative posters spun that down to $5,000.00 and said LTGL was so cash poor they could not even assume a $5,000.00 debt. Obviously the facts were wrong. This may be why some of the LTGL supporters are happy about the news today of the acquisition being completed. The negative posters would have spun that big time if the acquisition was not finalized.

Many negative posters also spin the idea that the company is just a press factory printing shares. I hope the company takes measures to reduce the outstanding shares. Any CFO worth his salt would make sure the company is proceeding down the proper path to increase revenues and increase profits. Increase in share value will follow. A Wal*Mart deal could be big, but many of the retailers that have already come on board should add to the revenues and ultimately share value.

Lastly I would like to add that the Transfer Agent is very supportive of LTGL. The Transfer Agent got overwhelmed by mostly the ones who are negative about LTGL and kept calling the TA's office every 30 minutes or so. The company conferred with the TA and did not want to have the TA inconvenienced so much by the continuous calls. This has been reported as a major conspiracy by the company by the Negative posters. All without the facts I might add. I think this company has potential. This is why investors are in the BB stocks. Risk yes, but also great potential reward. Still staying long on LTGL. Good luck to all.
