Armin - Don't care to contact them on minor issues. We'll have the report in 2-3 weeks and I'm sure they'll address most of our concerns. I feel the Annual Meeting offered a good insight on what's going on and Mr. Lam's recent comments indicate there's no new company reason for the price drop.

Armin,

You responded private, but I'll comment public. It would be wise of us to watch Deswell's small customers. The growth of Behringer and InterTel (and even Mita) after contracting with Deswell has been tremendous. A little monies into their small customers might be a pretty good idea. It's one of the reasons I've been tracking VTech.

Like you say "I could use a stock that goes from $1 to $60"
Right now I have one I'd like to see one go from $6 to $30.
