You are right about the Series B. It's all there in RNTK's 10-Qs. Warrants to buy Series B are sold when Series A are sold. RNTK can refuse the warrants if its stock price is below $1, but once sold, RNTK must honor them. Why would anyone think differently ? If you borrow money from someone, you have to pay them back.

The question is did RNTK issue any more Series A ? And can off-shore concerns short RNTK without it showing up with published short interest figures. The answers to these questions will determine how much selling pressure will be placed on RNTK stock. It's the ability to short which makes the floorless so dangerous.

LL, I suspect at this point, there do not remain a lot of shares to be converted. Looks like like the traders have left RNTK and good riddance to them. We should move higher from here.
