This is from ETN's web page: "This system is a fully automated, 200mm, serial processing system designed to maximize productivity and minimize all forms of contamination." This is from an article on Yahoo: "The semiconductor industry has changed significantly in the past 12 months: DRAM prices have tumbled, copper and low k processes have been announced, and the transition to 300mm has been delayed." This comes from ETN's web page: "Visit other pages on our site to see what topics some of our in-house experts are focusing on, defining where the semiconductor manufacturing industry is going for the year 2000 and beyond. And how Eaton SEO is meeting the challenges, head-on, of 300mm wafer processing, reduced cost-per-die, and 0.18 micron design." Maybe this last sentence is the answer to my question.
