Especially fine was the CCP educational program. You must know some that were retrained in the provinces. How about the farming efficiency increases invoked under the god MAO. Projections based on fantasy leading to projected harvests beyond reality leading to increased quota for redistribution leading to starvation conditions. I'm not about to throw 3000 years away for a poor showing in 100, however you are kidding yourself to disregard recent history because they've executed a facelift in the last decade. Greg P.S. Do not confuse fact with opinion. We are all expressing opinions here, if you can point out a fallacy in my reasoning that's fine do it. But do not confuse fact with opinion. Thats a basic failing in a lot of quarters, but when combined with tyranical power and the trained herd as in China it was disaster. They pick themselves up from a deep legacy of failure. That's my opinion.
