OK, Tony, I'll take you up on that offer. But first please tell me exactly what question you want answered.

And as long as we're talking about credibility, how about telling the people here that you really don't work for Pacific Investigations, Inc.? At least that's not what you've told the NASD. Thanks!

Anthony,
As you try to "enlighten" us with info on ALYD's goodwill, you should be aware that most on the thread are well aware of the purchase of Chase Technologies' ownership interest in the Alydaar Europe joint venture (a regular poster to this thread is intimately aware). If Alydaar's many European contracts and client relationships prove to be worth less than $6mm stinking dollars, shame on ALYD and congratulations to Chase. As far as FIBR, the initial focus for short sellers was not goodwill amortiz. from the Rockwell purchase (in fact Interphase sued to block the purchase because they wanted to buy the division), but negative goodwill amortiz. from previous acqs. inflating their reported eps. ALYD's goodwill has about as much in common with FIBR/Rockwell as it does with MCI/Worldcom- nothing.
