First of all you obviously didn't read the post I was responding to. The point I was making was that because he lied in an instance involving a private affair does not mean that he can't be trusted ever again. Trust was the point of contention here. Many Americans have lied about affairs .I don't believe that this means that they can't be trusted at their jobs.As far as the answer to your question .No he could not run the country from a jail cell.I must point out that 1. Not all people convicted of perjury in a civil case do indeed go to jail.2.BC has not gone to jail.BTW the only law I will agree that he has broken is perjury .You can base your argument on <<He has broken a multitude of laws >>but that is an assumption that you choose to make. I would be willing to wager that he is not convicted of any thing other than the perjury.In fact in a manner of speaking I already have.
