Paul, I do not know Cisco's traditional PBX aims. The site DiB provided, however, for Selsius contains the following on that page: Selsius-IP PBX Products The IP PBX is comprised of the Selsius-Phone™, Selsius-CallManager™ and Selsius-Access™. Together they allow IP telephony to be used in the real world. Selsius-Phone - a family of full-featured phones that can be plugged directly into the LAN. Choose from four models. Selsius-CallManager - performs PBX call control functions on the data network. Selsius-Access - allows connection of the IP PBX to the public switched telephone network and communications devices. So I guess this device interfaces with common voice lines also. tim
