Here is something from H.C. Wainwright & Co., Inc. that I saw yesterday morning on First Call (I added the bold parts):

SEEC will report Q2:99 results on November 4, 1998. We estimate flat EPS growth of $0.04 per share vs. the same period last year, and 1999 earnings of $0.21. However, we believe that SEEC's technology base is best-of-breed and provides a significant growth opportunity going forward as the company transitions away from Year 2000 and into new areas. Furthermore, the company's shares are currently discounted to SEEC's cash position, which is nearly $5 per share. This implies a negative enterprise value, which we believe is unwarranted.
