part of the problem with PAH is that they have some forward equity contracts that are going to force them to redeem stock at prices significantly above current levels and they are going to have to come up with some cash by year end.

I bought HOT today. Starwood Lodging (HOT) seems to be recovering and pays a 15% divident. Any thoughts?
