Coz:

I agree with you about next year's earnings. There must be atleast some new business representing increased earnings over projected 4th quarter of this year. CGI has always stated that they would expect growth of about 20% before acquisitions. Therefore, we should expect around $1.5 to $1.7B, in my opinion. Maybe will a slightly better margin, that should give maybe $.80 - $.85.

My point about 4th quarter earnings is that their business in the 4th quarter doubled from the third quarter - I believe they started counting revenues as of July 1, start of 4th quarter. Since their revenues doubled, we should expect about the same in earnings, therefore from $.07 to $.14. Obviously, CGI will try to downplay any analyst saying this and would be comfortable with the $.09 to $.12 on the streets.

$.14 is my bet. We'll see soon!
