Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation Announces the Appointment of International Product Marketing Group, as Manufacturer's Representative

KETCHUM, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 14, 1998--Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation (OTC:AVBC) announced today that it had reached an agreement with International Product Marketing Group, whereby they will represent all Aqua Vie products in the states of Arizona and Utah, as well as with certain international accounts.

The International Product Marketing Group is a subsidiary of Capital Acquisition Corporation (CAC, LLC), which is a Merchant/ Investment Bank which lends money to companies for acquisitions and corporate growth. They have been in busioess since 1991.

David McIntosh is the president and founder of CAC, LLC. McIntosh holds a degree in finance from Arizona State University, and a masters degree in international business from The American Graduate School of International Busioess, "Thunderbird," the No. 1 international graduate school in the U.S. McIntosh has lived and worked in four other countries.

In commenting on the announcement, Tom Gillespie, founder of Aqua Vie, said, "We're very pleased to have the Interoational Product Marketing Group representing Aqua Vie in the areas described. Their very sophisticated approach to product placement, as well as their ability to assist Aqua Vie the area of acquisitions creates a very synergistic relationship for swift mutual reward."
