imo, FORE already took the worst case when they hit below 10.

A number of factors combined contributed:
1. FORE and Berkeley - most analysts do not understand the technology and benefit that Berkeley has especially applications aware NT based networking model- so they chicken out
2. FORE announces earnings will be 3c below because of orders that came in late and could not ship fast enough - again the same set of people chicken out
3. Mkt did hit a big bear sentiment - look at the PUT volume that is six times more than calls for DJX, this is very very bearish which impacted FORE. But, btw, the extremely bearish sentiment measn mkt is going to go up to all time high within six months

Worse case is that Fore has to report at low end of preannouncement range and conference call doesn't get analysts excited. As far as stock price goes, it could retest lows.

I am expecting Fore to try and salvage the quarter with a good conference call on future, which is what really matters and stock price pops a couple points in the days following. Fore has to close the gap up to $15-17 range and may trade there until confirmation next qtr. of continued growth and earnings improvement imo.
