Ted Spread. The eurodollar did not experience the dramatic movement of the T-Bonds these past 7 days. This would suggest that liquidity demand is still as strong as it has been. Gold will rise when this demand begins to become satisfied. Gold can't decide which way we are headed. My guess is that the U.S. finally has assimilated the need but may not respond fast enough and/or to a shrinking demand.
