If you are referring to the rest of 1998, I agree. If you're referring to the next twelve months, I disagree. If Siebel's numbers continue to fall in line with their trend, I think the market has a good shot at assigning the same premium on the stock it has in the recent past. If that happens, the stock will go up at least 40%. (Not knowing the exact timing of your message, I'm ignoring that the stock went up 24% today.)

For the record, I generally subscribe to traditional valuations. If the market does assign previous premiums to the stock, I'm not convinced it's warranted. On the other hand, I bought the stock at such lofty levels after being influenced by "The Gorilla Game," which asserts that all gorillas were undervalued by traditional means before they became gorillas.
