there's news alright - so what news! They still can't close a PP that was started in July when the stock was trading around .80. Now that the stock is trading at .20 and the PP was amended to .15 - they are still short of the needed # of takers. I know that the market isn't the best - but if all the projections are any where near on target, as ITG has suggested - then something is very wrong here. Management needs to shake their head and maybe find someone else to hop into the president seat, cause the market ain't buying Ted's song yet!
